Refund & Returns Policy

You have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to initiate a return.

All returns need an RA number (Return Authorization).

Returned products must be in new and unused condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to us. Include the original box and/or packaging with all tags/labels attached. If these items are not provided the return will be rejected and sent back.

Once received and inspected by Lucky Star Moto, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to be posted to your account.

Returns Process

Step 1: Get your Return Authorization Number.

Step 2: Package all items for return to ensure that nothing will be damaged during the return. If an item does become damaged, we will not accept it as a return.

Step 3: If we have supplied a label for return, print and attach this to the package. If you are shipping the item back to us, you must get this from the shipping provider.

Step 4: Ensure that the package will arrive within 30 days of receiving the RA#. If it does not arrive within this time the return is no longer accepted.

Please retain your return tracking information. Lucky Star Moto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. 

Return Shipping Options

If we have made an error, we will either provide you with the return labels for the item or you may provide proof of the return shipping cost which will be reimbursed to you when your return is processed.

You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order. It is recommended to ship with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped with COD will be rejected. Any refused, undelivered, or abandoned package will be subject to a $15 service fee.

Merchandise Exchanges

After processing your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. Regular shipping costs will apply.

You are also responsible for covering return shipping costs on your original order back to us.

Order Cancellation or Modifications

Changed your mind? We process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed and is in the queue to be shipped out.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Damaged merchandise must be unused to qualify for a return/refund or exchange. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). We will assist our customers with these claims.

Used merchandise cannot be returned. Your return will be rejected if:

• Merchandise has been installed/fitted. Merchandise is considered used and cannot be returned.
• Merchandise or parts show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, mounting, smell, pet hair, scuffing, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received.

Merchandise Defects

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Lucky Star Moto will assist customers with the manufacturer’s warranty; however, Lucky Star Moto does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.

Warranty Returns

Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.

Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
